For Unseen 2015 East Wing Premieres a new body of work by Qatar based artists,
Christto & Andrew -
Glory of the Artifice refers to the idea of the future as an artificial construct that mimics itself to survive its progressive objectivity through an illusion of opulence. True of false does not matter, both live in the illusion of the virtual and in the same ambiguity as an alternative reality.
This work aims to expand on the contemporary aesthetic of staged photography, blurring fact and fiction in a provocative manner, promoting contemporary dialogues and extending photographic language in challenging ways.
Also an offering from award winning artist
