East Wing’s second year exhibiting at Paris Photo was a chance for us to showcase exciting photographic works. We featured new imagery by the next generation of talented Japanese photographers, Mayumi Hosokura and Daisuke Yokota.
We also looked at surveillance, the Syrian civil war and concomitant arms trade issues which have dominated world news in 2013 more than ever before. This reality was seen reflected in works by: Martin Roemers, Phillip Toledano, Philippe Dudouit, Tiane Doan na Champassak, Mari Bastashevski, Edmund Clark and Frederic Lezmi.
