In her analog-digital elaborations German photographer Antje Hanebeck reflects space and spatiality on divergent levels. Thus, in addition to the three-dimensional architectural confrontations, she also includes the creation of new visual planes and the temporal dimension, photo-historical aspects are touched. A new field for own impressions and association emerges where the sense of position and dimensions gets irritated. Along the simultaneous motivic location in the present, she finds a new condensation and a critical, independent reflection.

A new field for own impressions and association emerges where the sense of position and dimensions gets irritated. Along the simultaneous motivic location in the present, she finds a new condensation and a critical, independent reflection.
She was commissioned by the gallery to create a project about the Museum of Islamic Art, Doha, an architectural late work by I.M. Pei. The special edition ’Radiant’, a set of heliogravures has been created in collaboration with the design studio Toluca Editions, Paris, and Atelier Hélio’g, Meudon.
Antje Hanebeck received her master-class diploma from the Academy of Fine Arts Munich and has been working as Assistant Professor at the Department of Photography at the AdBK Munich for several years. With international cross-cultural experiences, researches and project elaborations, among others in various countries of the Middle East, her works are exhibited and collected internationally. Antje Hanebeck lives and works in Munich.
