Contemporary Art Qatar exhibiting now at the enormous Kraftwerk space in Berlin is the largest ever showcase of contemporary artists from Qatar. The exhibition is presented in three-parts over 7,500 square meters is dedicated to Qatar’s current art and design scene. Presented by the Qatar Museums group to mark the end of a year of collaborative cultural projects between Germany and Qatar, the exhibition features more than 30 contemporary makers that demonstrates diversity in the Arab country and a dialectic between the traditional and the innovative, heritage and hybridity.Included in the 115 works are photographs by Doha born
Sara Al Obaidly and creative duo,
Christto & Andrew, all three are represented by East Wing.
The exhibition is on now in Berlin and will run until 3 January 2018
